  • How can I make my AI answer questions better? Make sure the Knowledge Base has all the information the AI needs (see Section 7). Also, check the agent’s Prompt (see Section 5.3) to make sure it’s clear, like "Use the Knowledge Base to answer questions about products."
  • Can the AI answer questions about rules or specific topics (like industry regulations)? Yes, but only if you upload documents about those topics to the Knowledge Base (see Section 7). For example, if you want the AI to answer questions about safety regulations, upload a document with those rules and tag it with "regulations."
  • What happens if a customer interrupts the AI or the AI doesn’t understand? The AI is set up to handle interruptions (like if a customer starts talking while the AI is speaking). It also uses technology to understand unclear questions, but you should make sure the Prompt and Knowledge Base are clear (see Sections 5 and 7). Admins can change these settings if needed.
  • How often do the dashboard numbers update? The numbers (like Total Conversations) update in real-time, which means they change as soon as a new call or chat happens.
  • Can I download the data from the dashboard? You can’t download data directly (like a file from the "Details" section). But if you have an integration with software like Microsoft Dynamics (a CRM system), the data will go there automatically. To set up an integration, email kim.kachelriess@symanto.com.
  • Is there a limit to how many AI agents I can create? Yes, it depends on your plan. You pay for each agent you create. To add more agents, email kim.kachelriess@symanto.com and say, "I’d like to add more AI agents to my account."
  • How can I give feedback or suggest new features? Email kim.kachelriess@symanto.com with your ideas. For example, "I’d like a feature that lets me download call data as a CSV file."
  • How do I make sure my AI follows data privacy rules? SymantoAssist is designed to follow privacy laws. For example, you can use the "pause_recording" tool to stop recording if a customer shares private information (see Section 5.5). If you’re worried about privacy, email kim.kachelriess@symanto.com to discuss it.
  • Can I connect SymantoAssist to my CRM or other systems? Yes, you can connect it to systems like Microsoft Dynamics or HubSpot. To set this up, email kim.kachelriess@symanto.com and say, "I’d like to connect SymantoAssist to HubSpot."
  • Can I compare data between different agents or time periods? You can’t do this directly in the dashboard. However, SymantoAssist can give you detailed reports with this information. Email kim.kachelriess@symanto.com and say, "I’d like a report comparing my agents’ performance for May 2025."
