Quick Start Guide
Welcome to SymantoAssist! This guide will walk you through the essential steps to set up your AI agent and start delivering empathetic, multilingual customer support across voice and chat.
1. Log In to SymantoAssist

Go to the SymantoAssist login page at Monitoring.

Enter your registered email and verification code.

Click Continue to access your dashboard.
💡 Tip: Use Forgot Password? if you need to reset your credentials.
2. Set Up Your AI Agent

From the sidebar menu on the dashboard, click Agents.

Click on Create New Agent.

Add name and language.
-
Select the desired LLM model and create a prompt.

Configure your agent’s tone & communication style to match your brand by adjusting the Voice Settings.

Save the changes.
3. Connect Data Sources

Upload FAQs, transcripts, or knowledge base articles to the Files tab.

Or connect to live systems like your CRM, helpdesk, or contact centre software using the Integrations tab.
4. Run Your First Test Conversation

Open the Playground tab from your Agent settings.

Select the conversation format and type or speak a sample customer query.

Evaluate your AI agent response.
5. Explore the Monitoring & Reporting Dashboard

The main Dashboard page is like a report card for your AI contact center. It shows you important numbers (called metrics) and pictures (called visualisations) to help you understand how your AI agents performs.
