Role-Based Permissions & Access Control
SymantoAssist provides two user access levels:
- Reader Access: You can view the dashboard and see call details, but cannot make changes.
- Admin Access: Includes all Reader capabilities plus additional permissions to create and change AI agents, upload documents, and more
