1. What is Rating Impact Analysis?

Impact analysis helps to understand the impact different topics and categories have on your company, competitiveness, and customer base.

2. What is Topics by Rating?

In this chart you can see the  total topics detected (1), overall average rating (2),  the net sentiment (3) as well as the average rating and the quantification of each category/topic (4).

The topic mentions can help you to identify the most commonly discussed topics and emerging trends.

The average rating can identify areas where you are doing well and areas that need improvement. For example, if a topic has a low average rating, it may indicate that customers are dissatisfied with a particular aspect of the business. Conversely, if a topic has a high average rating, it may indicate that customers are happy with a particular product or service.

Finally, the net sentiment gives a high-level view of your overall customer sentiment, enabling you to identify areas of strength and areas that need improvement by filtering the different topics and categories to see how the sentiment score changes.

3. What is Rating Impact Score?

The Rating Impact chart illustrates how specific topics or categories influence the overall rating.

To calculate the impact score, we use an aggregated score and a partial one. The aggregated score takes into account all posts, whereas the partial aggregated score excludes posts that mention the analysed topic.

If a topic's presence boosts the aggregate score, it has a positive impact and conversely, if it lowers the aggregate score, it has a negative impact.
