👍New Features
- Change your Use Case
After having created a project, you can now change your selected use case in the 'Configuration'. This is especially useful when realising that the chosen industry use case doesn't fit as good as you expected
- You can now access the terms of service and privacy policy from the account details section from within the platform
🚀Improvements
- Sidebar with Insights and Posts in Sentiment Heatmap
In the Sentiment Heatmap, you can now click on a topic to reveal more information in the side bar to see the term cloud, sentiment terms, psychographics or read the original posts
- Switch between absolute and relative numbers in 'Classification'
You can now switch between absolute and relative values on the classification and value comparison pages
- Expand all / Collapse all Categories
You can now expand all / collapse all categories in 'Classification', 'Sentiment Heatmap' and volume comparison pages
- The order of tabs in the “Explore” section has been changed
✅Fixed Issues
- The button to request social media data is now also shown on the empty state screen of the data collection page
- We fixed an issue in the side bar where the list of topics was not readable after returning from the posts section
