Topic Volume - Net Sentiment Visualization You can now view topics on a bubble chart visualization. Simple go to the topic tab and switch the view from tabular to bubble. This is particularly useful to identify high impactful / critical topics easily.
AI-Enhanced Topic Detection AI-enhanced topic detection is a new feature that will allow you to identify words or phrases that are commonly found in the project. Words or phrases that contextually belong together are then clustered into uniform groups. Unlike our industry models, this new feature applies an unsupervised AI algorithm to detect terms that the industry models missed.

Brand recommendation filter There is now a brand recommendation filter on every module, allowing you to filter by detractor, promoter or indifferent.
Brand recommendation export The file export now includes the information of detractor, promoter and indifferent.
Multi-selection of meta fields in filter The filter selection now allows multiple selection of meta field values, which means, for example, that you can filter by multiple brands, locations or star ratings at the same time.
