What do I need to get started?

It is recommended to have a dataset at hand that contains open-ended responses from a survey or questionnaire or other unstructured text data, for example from social networks or review sites. The data must be available in *.xlsx or *.csv format to upload to the platform.

If you do not have your own data at hand you can also collect data with our integrated review collection functionality from over 75+ review sites.
