What is Net Sentiment?

The Net Sentiment is the net value of all those opinions expressed about a specific category or topic.

This is how it is calculated:

Net Sentiment = [(count of positive terms - count of negative terms)/ total count of terms] *100

1. Total Count of Terms (Positive + Neutral + Negative Terms)

2. Count of Positive Terms

3. Count of Negative Terms

4. Calculated Net Sentiment in %

Neutral terms are not being shown in the platform, however they are part of the calculation for 'Total Count'.
