What types of data can be analysed?

The platform works best when analysing feedback and opinion data such as reviews and NPS open-ended survey responses.

For responses from guided question (e.g. “what do you like about the product”) or for responses of listing question (e.g. “what brands do you associate with the image”), the analytics is not 100% tailored for it (e.g. sentiment analysis is unnecessary, the answer may be too specific for the topic model to pick up), but the platform can still work with some manual efforts.
